The Innovations in BioMechatronics Conference is an annual conference on the topic of mechatronics created in 2019 by the first members of QBMeT. The event will introduce undergraduate students at Queen’s University to mechatronics projects taking place right on campus with the intention of generating enthusiasm about mechatronics and enticing students to expand their knowledge on the topic through participation in projects with QBMeT.  

In past years there have had presentations by research professors and Queen’s University alumni on Autonomous Robots and Exoskeletons, Soft Robotics and System Design, the Design of New ECG Sensor, and Off Road Robotics.
